I first came across Kinesiology 10 years ago when I was experiencing stress and burn out. I was blown away by how deeply everything shifted every time I went for an appointment. My mental state was clearer, I understood my emotions more deeply, my physical symptoms got quieter and all of it happened live on the table.

I was changing in real time and I loved who I was becoming.

Then I experienced Kinesiology paired with Reiki and honestly, the rest is history.
