What should I wear to my appointment?

You will be fully clothed lying face up on a massage table for your session so please wear comfortable clothing. You’re welcome to wear socks if your feet get cold or you don’t like your feet being touched.
How many sessions do I need?

You will start to see some shifts from your first session. However tailored plans for conditions will depend on how longstanding the issue is and how much support your body needs. We will chat about a tailored plan during your session so you know what to expect.
I work a lot with stress and burnout so some people will commit to a session every few weeks to work through the layers of what they’re going through emotionally. Others are simply coming for a top up session when they feel they need some extra support in an area of their life.
How do I integrate what we work on in a session?

We can go quite deep in a session, moving a lot of energy and clearing stress around limiting beliefs. There is naturally an integration period following your session where more water, sleep and rest will be required.
We will chat at the end of the session about ways to support integration between appointments so you are empowered and supported to make changes in your own life.
As always, some of the best integration techniques are the most simple. Sunshine. Barefoot on grass. Swimming in the ocean. Good nutritious meals. Watching a sunrise or sunset. An early night.
Do you offer longer sessions?

Sometimes you might be going through something that requires a little more support. I can offer a 2 hour session on request if this is something you feel you need. Reach out to me via my Contact Form and we can arrange this around the current availability.
Do you work with children?

I only work with adults and late teens, aged 16+. Working with children is not my specialty but I have some lovely colleagues who specialise in this area, especially if you’re looking to work with brain function and primitive reflexes. I can connect you through to them if you’d like to reach out to me via my Contact Form.
How does the acupressure work?

I will be holding acupressure points through your session. This is done over the top of your clothes as the pulse for the acupressure point can still be felt this way. People can often feel the energy moving as the points are being held which is a lovely feedback response to let you know the shift has already begun.
